Worst Program Manager interfering in everything and torturing employees. No growth at all due to one selfish person causing trouble to everyone

Since it’s a new organisation they miss to follow basic process. They hire you for so in so role and expect you to do it everything which out of your skill set.

Good place to work for locals. And for ones who have no career aspirations.

Mostly all Senior Management positions are occupied by same family. Infy employees jump here for better ctc. Not a great place to work.

There are were some team members that was good to work with.

There is no sense of respect in the cloud ops team. and there is a lot of politics associated there. if a fresher makes a mistake then he is heavily targetted. and there is always discrimination between seniors and juniors. the team leader has no sense of leadership when he only praises the people whom he finds good. there was shaming in the public groups and defaming and just insulting to the people who make mistakes, and terminations are done so fast that you can't even process it, there is no place where feedback can be given. all in all, the worst place where a fresher can be. as a team leader his job is to mold the freshers and teach them but in this company, there is no proper KT's given to freshers and they expect you to do work as a senior in the first day. not a good experience in this company.
