There's NOTHING to like about this company.

...tion (they just send email) , NO EXIT Interview (They just share Excel to fill) 5) Salary : Salary date is not fixed, in offer letter they mentioned between 8th to 10th of every month. But mostly the salary comes around 12th to 15th on every month. 6) No Incentives : Rarely we get incentives here on our achievements 7) whenever you ask for Medical leave, Neelima asks for certificate even though company gives annual leaves we have to submit the certificates. 8) No leaves on Public Holiday, They give you BUTTER of Comp-Off and then don't give Comp-Off when you need. 9) NO ATS : They use WHATSAPP for reports, Daily login is on also wahtsapp, Just send the Time and you logged in. Even Sales Team shares updates on Whatsapp. 10) Some of the sales team members doesn't even have Recruitment knowledge or even manners like how to speak to colleagues. 11) they won't lay you off, They will send PIP mail which they have recently sent to many employees from April to August, I guess many employees have already resigned by this gesture/stressful act of Nityo. 12) Hiring UNQUALIFIED employees and FIRE QUALIFIED ones. (Probably it's their strategy, Not Sure) If Nityo claims anything on my Review, I would suggest people who read this just do Survey on all NITYO employees over Linkedin, 90% employees are working under depression or stressful situation due to culture of Nityo. NEVER EVER WORK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK FOR NITYO INFOTECH or NITYO TECH OR ANY OTHER NITYO's SUB COMPANY.

Very good from outside. Very bad work culture. Very bad pressure, no hold kn client. Very illiterate persons are there. Poor abusive languages on floor. Cheap managers stupids behaviors.

Likes- Amit Ghelot and Pankaj Madan two of the worst bosses. Not apt for leaders. Management- Don't know if there is some one working there. All they need is a target. nothing to learn and absolutely nothing. No career growth. No mentors.No corporate culture.

Dislikes

...are like "go **** yourself". No proper employee guidance. A company with haters. No proper salary update. APAC they can't survive in India. Freshers or Experienced please give a second thought before joining here. Only pressure. All Saturday's are working. They think it's like a punishment we need to do work on Saturday. Big*** to Amit Ghelot.

...d employee exist policy Had very bad experience so it non recommended company PF both side amount and Insurances policy are taken by employees salary 30% salary deduction in COVID start from month of February 2020 and later laying off most of team mates

1) Not have Job security, 2) They wont maintained Bench policy if the project completed they will fire you immediately, 3) Monthly only one leave they will provide ex: if the month have public holiday you took leave they will consider you took 2days leaves then they will cut your 1day salary. 4) They wont tell this things initially, 5) they will pay your salary between 7 to 10 .
