Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nitrro Powai is a huge disappointment the mentality of the management is really so poor and outdated. The Floor manager of Nitrro is so rude and uneducated don't have any knowledge into fitness i think he's not even certified the management is just focusing on how to take out money from clients looting clients just by being good on face and talking shit behind the back the management is really playing with the data of the customer overall very bad experience just a show off gym with 3rd quality of the equipment.
