Supportive nature of all staff and department head except scrutiny department head

...working hours. Some department head yelling at you also sometime without reason. Salary growth is too slow

I really enjoyed corporate work life in nitiraj. I learned many things about account and finance under well qualified managers.

Dislikes

My position hasn't changed over the years. I joined there as a junior officer and even after having the skill and knowledge, I was working there as a junior officer for 2 years.

Likes

Overall working is good but company policies is not good and job security is bad.

Dislikes

They commit that will give you best but after some time he pressurised for sales only and they said generate new client who did not deal any weighing scale product.
