1. Faculties not competent to deliver except 1 or 2 2. Just asks students to write research paper for them. 3. Not value of Phd when you compete for NIT faculties 4. Department level politics makes it worse

its has good security system, worst work culture, immature management, narrow company polices, everything is linked with money, they are 100% social irresponsible people. money minded company polices.

Dislikes

no human being, 100% selfish nature teammates, bad trainer, temporary job, always create new political problems in career growth, they wont give reasonable salary with in time, most of the students are still suffered here with sever economical crisis. easy to reach but very expensive travel charges. 100% plays politics in every situation, its very difficulty to learn novel things because of narrow mentality of most of the professors. work environments differs by Principal investigator. there is no innovation, only modification occur. is impossible to balance work and life so that most of the students left from their position middle of their studies. finally most of the people are dishonest, and world best liars.

It is a good place to enhance your knowledge in practical point of view with latest technology with guidance of Project Investigator. I am working as a project assistant and assist to prepare design analysis and preparation of reports of various organisations with cost effective and solution oriented environment.

Dislikes

It is a project oriented temporary job.it is a research work and sometimes i have to work 12-14 hours in a days.

Nit Rourkela is one of the growing institute in India. Nit Rourkela is good platform to do good research work. NIT Rourkela is having many instrument facility to carry out research work.

Very big campus, no pressure in work we can do work without any tension because all the facilities are available
