...develop within the company. They only take care of few old folks in the company. They don't pay attention to newer employees who wish to be part of the team. Worst company culture ever seen. Too much micro management from the founders. Too many discussion with very little ground work on making the company profitable. Company is facing losses for a very long time now and not much is being done about it. Appraisals and promotions are blocked due to lack of cash. Worst part- Wrong numbers are being shown during company wide meetings and also to potential new hires. Once someone is inside, they'll know the true picture. The CEO will turn a blind eye towards any suggestions from her own team which gives a sense of serious lack of judgement. More often than not, she will only use big words to shut us up and waste time in conducting sessions which eventually mean nothing. One of the founders has anger management issues which did turn ugly in most of the discussions we had in the past. He will openly judge and criticise you in front of everyone and nothing is being done about it. No brainstorming sessions, no issue resolutions, no breathing room, no acceptance of new ideas, no growth opportunities! Please don't join the company - it'll kill your professional journey.

1. Learning curve is exceptional. 2. Approachability and flat hierarchy. 3. Executions are timely and less layers of approvals. 4. Room for experimentations.

Expectations set are very high and proper systems to support aren't present.
