Everything. Very unprofessional organisation to work for. They expect you to learn work in a week. It is a very unorganized company.People kept on probation for 2 years. Request not to join the company. I would certainly like to give a minus rating. Its a worst of worst company to work.

Management is focused on overall development and can be little assertive in doing so. No hybrid structure.
