Nothing to like in this company. Recently they made policies which are good. Only thing is if u complete 1 year they will file H1B for u

...the Nisum are from couple of years in the company and you know how they work. If they recruit on high package once the assignment is done they will fire(this is happened in our project). They will threaten u to work on all the assignments u have during u r notice. They will threaten u that they won't give you release. There are cases where they extend last work day for employee.

Lots of work pressure. They don't follow process. You have to work 14 hours daily and yet you get scolding like you are not doing anything. Work work culture no team work no one will help you and if you don't perform you will teriminate. Don't join this if you have other offer. If you join forget about hourt family. In weekends you have to upgrade your skills remember.

Dislikes

No proper streamlined process. No job security. Hire and fire kind of acts. No recognition for committed and hardworking employees. 6 hours mandatory office hours though we have very late night calls.

1. work culture and team management. 2. Time sheets not approved properly and getting LOP. 3. company providing the complete WFH option to few peoples and rest of the peoples don't have that option. 4. Fire the people with out any reason. 5. Late night onsite calls.

Work balance Saturday's also worked and late nights also beyond the hours but for me not paid for extra work this is my review only I lost many things in my life after joining here.
