Nissan Bharat Rasayan Pvt. Ltd. has good learning opportunities for freshers as well as experienced engineers. Work culture in general, is comfortable and you won't be bothered as much. It is still under development phase so safety is not of standards like bigger groups like Reliance, UPL. But it's still isn't that bad.

Dislikes

Like I said, safety department, and safety policies need lots of work. There's no bonus for employees. Promotion policy isn't in the game yet.

Nothing to like in this organisation. Its Japanese MNC but culture, system & policies levels are extremely low

Management have not experience to run a manufacturing unit. Management is bunch of stupid and full people. Worst HR policies Worst growth initiatives This management also creates bad image of Bharat Rasayan Ltd. too as its joint venture between two organisations. I Advice new joiners do not join the company. Third class management

Likes

There is no work culture, policy changes in every month, management was run by people of arts and commerce background no idea of engineering neither from top management.

Dislikes

Management full of illiterate peoples and over smart peoples, employees are attracted with fake promises so be aware of it, leave policies are worst over here, Don't keep expectations from Japanese people as they blinded with eyes.

Likes

Work life balance is excellent and also salary is great. Lots of Training for self development and good canteen service.

Dislikes

Company is new in India and now it is in growing phase, so every thing is growing. It takes time for being developed. As of now, leave policy is poor.
