Dislikes

Salary always deduct in Niscom that a big matter. I have work 8-11hours daily but if i missed any day due to any reason then penalty will be received as my salary of 4-5days.

Resource providers for a telecom companies. Good for gaining experience of process and tools.

Dislikes

Worse culture. Regressive and oppressive policies. Unfriendly towards employees. Deceptive compensation policies.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
