... supportive and friendly. There is huge cafeteria and company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and depends on performance and they give salary on time and bonus every year.

I have 3 years of experience with company. From last six months there is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow and for some people it may good.

Teammates are excellent and superiors are very supportive in all aspects. Can learn many new things.

Work hours and HR policies which we can manage if we follow our duties well. Growth is little bit slow and Compensation is decent.

worst company ever it look like old age home with more 50 + people arew above 55 years far from city no cultural activities and looks like jail. coming to HRD the most worsen no common sense at all

people with proud feeling as if they are working for govt Far from city and located in Industrial area around Hard ware companies

Everything else. No organizational culture Only bossism Toxic work culture Organizational politics Deaf and dumb management They play blind and trust such people even if they are biased. They don't have exit policy Their HR is not involved in important decision making And many more

Over all experience is good, I associated with NISC for 4 years, don't expect any career growth it is a small scale industry, you get maximum of 3k hike and for any promoted PPL will get 5k, Indian holidays list, you have lean period for 3 month were you don't get work for these 3 months then management thinks of skill upgrading at this time...cool company no fun activities, no outing, there will be a team dinnner 1ns in a year...!

You don't get promoted for years, no much opportunity to show care your skills or talents, it is a small scale industry no proper tool used to work.
