In this company only 1 thing is best that we work in nisa which is 2006-2007 security company of the year.

...rs 9 months in this company In Ambala Haryana. My enrolment I’d is NP - 2555 . There is no increment in this company I work on same salary for last 4 years .. Higher management is selfish and Unexperienced (VICE PRESIDENT, General Manager) No Growth in company . Poor Management specially in North zone like Zirakpur (Punjab) . If we compare nisa to other companies in market the standard of nisa is zero.. SALARY time is after 27 of every months . No Bonus given in 2019. If anybody join nisa please make attention there is no future in nisa . It is a defaulter company.

monthly expenses waited for more than 1 year, only because of expenses not giving properly every month and salary credit every month is not perfect date sometimes month of 7 th sometimes month of till 15 because this reason I resigned

Nisa group of companies is good security service manpower provider company and company's payment structure and discipline with compliances is very well.

many work load pressure given by the seniors and in critical situation nobody helping to ground staff and self growth is very slow.

Ex army officers employed there are still in the army culture having minimal knowledge of corporate life resulting employees and clients dissatisfaction. Resulting false feedback to higher echelons and thereby no productivity at lower levels.
