...g procedure and also confused regarding which designation they are hiring for. Salary gets delayed. They will not pay you untill and unless they are not getting payment from their client. They literally exploit their employees specially the ones who are at different sites providing housekeeping and security facility to different companies. They travel allowance is so less that you have spend money from your own pocket if you want to travel comfortably. They hire and fire without valid reasons.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Increment once upon a time.

the gives us bonus fr the durga puja that i like only..

they did not payment our salary at the same time..every month they create a new issue and new rules..we are working fr NIS 2.5years running but we r getting same salary,no increment,no area nothing..

Company is legibate but the salary structure is very poor and salary not getting in date to date
