I've been given work from home.

...te staff shortage hence, all frontline and often senior managers are overworked. No increase in salary in last 2 years. Employee ls often don't get pf, esic and their salary in full. Non managerial staff don't get any off on any national holiday and no additional benefit is given for working on these days either. Leaves are hard to be granted due to the extreme staff shortage.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Have to learn many things regarding team work , odc , take ownership and have to manage all the outlet by own without the help of other departments , appreciate and give rewards to all achievers.

Appraisal process should be quantifiable instead of promoting ‘jee hazoori lals’ of the owner.

Judging one’s performance should be based on mathematics and they should employ scientific methods for this.
