Niros is a very good company ..The company not only thinks about the profit, it also thinks about the workers mode of income. The job security and satisfaction is good. In the time of COVID 19 the company is taking care of his employees. The cost cutting is negligible and looking forward to fight with these pandemic altogether.

Every work has its pro's and con's. I think the company policy is fair and similar to other companies. I liked working in NIPL.
