Good for fresher , not food for experience Engineers

Dislikes

...wer distribution and lighting panel(panel used for only construction field) not Manufacture PLC / Automation/ VFD panel,salary issues, use old version CAD software for design , limitation on future scope.

1)Always delayed salary. Sometimes get delayed by more than a month also. 2)No increments. Once in a 2 years. 3)Micro-management 4)It is Majorly a panel's outer enclosure manufacturing company not a control panel manufacturer in a true sense. 5)Forget the salary of last months of working during notice period. Better leave the job abruptly and join new co. Because any which way you'll not get the FNF however sincerely you work during notice period. 6)Cynical mindset of management towards employees.
