i don't like to work with the NUCC. because i am not satisfied to the company specially for salary, target and work pressure. but i like to do work with employee. i like nature of manager because they are guide to me from time to time.

...employee while giving them a training. Its a best place to start your carrier. Yet, The salary pacakge as per their target is very low which is not satisfying for the experienced people. Rest of the things are good at work place.

...fresher,one can learn all financial practices as happening in banking industry.. salary is also good as compare to other society.. work environment you'll come across aged people which will give u more benifit in problem solving..

Off course there is always plenty of money we required against our work. but it doesn't meet ur expectations..there is no promotion protocol with the experience grow..there is also a bad politics happening with management and senior authority... overall only needy people work here...

Society is providing loans & taking deposits. The work culture is good. I learn so many things individually. Accounts department is good and IT department gives to much efforts to make things possible for society.

Dislikes

Lack of professionalism, career growth opportunities are less. They need to update them self because they working 5-7 years back. They really need professional people in top management.

It was very terrible expirience to work in Nirmal Ujjwal. There is no system. HR dept is just for show. The employee is terminated without any prior notice. He is told to discontinue on the day. & most horrible every employee is asked for Rs. 25 k diposit for recruitment. Then he is torcherd by seniors. & when he left the job his deposit is not given back unless he is terminated.
