...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Each and every individual staff no matter what are the position of that they will help you out or highly responsive team are there.

personally by my intuition I was see that the salary is not hold good with respective to the workload.

Company culture is good, salary will be credited on time

Appraisal is not regularly,just delayed and dont increase just penny amount, Work life balance is worst depend upon only one employee, to much office politics. Management level don’t recognise or appreciated employee

Good company to start career. Will recommend to work for max 2-3 years n move on for better opportunities

Single owner orientated company. Motivate you to keep working hard n pay you less during appraisal.

1) Good for freshers to Kickstart their career but not more than 2-3 years.

Dislikes

1) Top management including senior manager & owner is not think about company's employee. 2) Don't give value to employees time & efforts towards work. 3) Very poor & old fashion work culture. 4) Still use old method & technology which makes the procedure lengthy & take too much time to complete.
