There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

For initial career, its good. Lots of learning opportunities, it consists of Process plant & almost all utilities like, boiler house, pump house, RO/DM plant, cooling tower, H2 plant, N2 plant, tank farm& loading & unloading points. Good working environment. Team mates are good & helpful.

Less salary, little bit politics.

Work life balance maintain and job security.colony available for bachlor and family.

Dislikes

Salary is very low and promotion is not comes after many years service. Company not provide A.C. bus . Not give bonus in diwali Or not give performance award.

1.Petrochemical Industry 2.Excellent for beginners to start their carrer (Vadodara Unit) has good exposure to all major process equipments and process. 3. Documentation. 4. Safety& Maintenance.

Dislikes

1. Salary is disappointing not increases even if you stay for more than 5 years w.r.t other companies. 2. If you plan to spend Initial 2 years of your career then good but not worth to spend more. 3. Management behaviour is Worst and not knowledgeable and do lot of micromanagement.

...ou as technician and at starting you have to work like you are rigger or worker. Salary is very very very low. I'll suggest to not join this company as diploma mechanical engineer.
