Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but management is not transparent. Company policies are not good, salary hike not yet came and even bonus also deductible from salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low but career growth is fast. There is a bond 2 years before which you can't resign.
