There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and Readily adopts latest technology. I love The fact that I am a part of a team that Markets reliable, high quality products And has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is Slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in the evening and sometimes late into that night.

No promotion policy There is no gaining knowledge nobody wants to adopting updated working culture. There were nothing extra curriculum and enthusiastic activities. Strict timing Demotivating working culture. There no work satisfaction.

Salary is very low and promotion is not comes after many years service. Company not provide A.C. bus . Not give bonus in diwali Or not give performance award.

1. Salary is disappointing not increases even if you stay for more than 5 years w.r.t other companies. 2. If you plan to spend Initial 2 years of your career then good but not worth to spend more. 3. Management behaviour is Worst and not knowledgeable and do lot of micromanagement.
