New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. ... is Dr supriya magdum...i never seen worse colleague or teammate like her ever.salary is too less as work load is so vast..otherwise good experiance working in niramaya.

One of the most unethical and cheap organization to work with. However it was 5 mins away from my home so I that was the only good thing

Dislikes

- the salary does not come before 15 - the staff is not treated with respect and is abused and insulted by the owners - unethical practices by multiple staff - don't give appointment letters - no experience certificate - they didn even pay me for my last month for working despite me giving them a one month notice - not a good place - no training or orientation given - no growth as an employee
