After having showcased my worth, I was given a freehand to run my department the way I wanted it. Making mistakes in the learning process was not held against me.

Dislikes

Poor pay. Dictatorship leadership style. False promises of extra bonuses. False belief of being the best in the business, and the same is drilled in to people's heads. They are followers, not leaders. Preference given to Yes Men. The campus is infested with poisonous snakes. In recent times two long-serving senior officials have been legally targeted by the NIPS Management, perhaps for refusing to remain Yes Men.
