Working atmosphere is very good...Training and infrastructure is very god

Yearly increment not happening in a proper manner also salary need to improve and need to implement more incentives for back officers

Overall the experience was outstanding. The team mates, senior head's and other colleagues were very much supportive environment. The Internal training and other trainings were well equipped.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. On other side the nothing to complain about the company.

...rtant factor! They hire freshers and that's a very good thing! But after that...You have to search for another opportunity because you'll feel the work is too much and you're paid less! Salary growth is very low! But if you need an experience go for it! Colleagues are very good and friendly (most of them)!

Dislikes

*No Earnings if you are an M.com,MBA or Engineering grad and at the same time you are a fresher the salary will be less! When compared to another companies! *HR department is not at all performing well! Because even if we work in there they'll not provide atleast a good format experience certificate!

In Nippon Toyota we can learn about accounts for freshers that much only.

...within one year no stability for staff in Nippon due to there poor management. We will not get salary increment and promotion if we work hard then also. Promotion is only allowed for senior most people in each department. Nobody is looking performance of staff only higher level people going to higher in salary and post.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
