... interactions with other contractors was always something to be excited about. The employees were very kind and salary came on time. There was so much to learn and experience that a year felt like an eternity.

The Management. Tremendously silly discord in the functioning of the company leading to distrust among the employees and tagged unreliable by the client. A matter of shame such as this taken lightly is appalling to me. Few points to note as huge negatives for this company’s future could be: internal racism, inequality, unjustified hierarchy, silos, unqualified top management, inefficient work hours, zero employee appreciation, zero employee support, zero international understanding (not just the language), prejudice, barred hostility, unprofessional attitude towards fellow employees and lack of gratitude and the list goes on and on.

During deadlines, you have to provide output. Which happens most of the time,making your personal life miserable.

Nippon signal Co LTD always friendly with their empolyees and give the responsibility to their staff so that employees take the responsibility and get the gols and he is very honest his working wherein employees also work very hard as inspired from Co.

Good company for newcomers, company policy was not much interest but some meet and compliances the government regulations for technically strong but some where management have still in improvement stage.

Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive , organization is work project oriantalb for that benifits and transparency depends your project manager team. Company safety management , Quality ,HR ,Policy ar good. appraisal are fair but depending project finance status.

Career growth is slow for country of India, Dhaka job are not permanent Depending project requirements
