The company is quickly adopting new technology, I am very proud of as a team member of the company which having global good customers also giving opportunities to grow its employee and appropriate support to handle new roles and responsibility provided by company. Also very good point is our some of management members are from Japan who are very supporting and helpful. Nippon is also adopting new policies like Medical Insurance, Food facilities for its employee. another plus point is that company is growing, now going to establish third manufacturing unit in India.

Dislikes

Although company culture is getting change after taken by Nioppon, Group of Japan, Still need to change in Culture

i am not left nippon paper, actually Hr department fire to me, region : i was complaint nippon regarding Hr creating issue, after complaint HR department Fire to me without resignation,without experience letter.
