-Third party has very low salary and no personal growth. -The first party always dominates over them. It is not able to protect itself as a third party company because of poor management and poor terms and conditions.

Slave environment Senior cannot talk to client if any incident occurs. Salary slip PF contribution only ₹ 1800 while salary was ₹ 1,00000 monthly. HR policy comes under confidential for current employee. If you raise questions than team will say why it is necessary? If you are salve and not worked in any MNC or you are not educated. You deserve this company and can grow your carrier.

Japanese management is very good.They think about employees happiness & garoth.

Indian mangement is not sufficient for take employees Walefare.They have done politics with each department.Need to Japanese involvement.
