Salary part they are good as provide Salary by 10th of every month. But it depends on attendance. On initial phase it can be more than 1 and half month also untill MPR not received.

Dislikes

...hance to serve notice period also so that you can find any other jobs meanwhile. No PF, ESI, MEDICAL means no any others benefits provided by them except salary.

Even no response was getting from company head and HR about salary or any doubts. To be jobless is good but don't join this organization. HR and account departments makes wrong commitment about salary and projects.
