...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria amd gaming arcade for chiling . Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Company is very open to innovation and ready to adopt latest technology. I am very happy about the fact that I am till now a part of this reliable, quality products and global client base growing organisation. As, a result I get chance to know new thing daily. Another plus point is Our directors are very cultural, helpful & affable to employees and it helps to maintain an very healthy work environment.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is little slow. Managers (not all of them) do not value individuals skill. Proper knowledgeable and true experience managers is not there in some department. Sometimes I do not get proper assistance from seniors.

My management was good but new management is so poor for work culture.. but my management work principle is better than new..
