Just I got only low satisfaction by working in Ninja cart company policies are good, also the compensation like PF, incentives are well apart from these i dont want to add any plus point for these company I got only these...

Company dislikes are lot mainly the managers who working in these company have lot of attitude, very rude with employees, and they don't have minimum common sense how to motivate the employees smoothly company is good company rules and regulations are good but inside that there are some bad bugs that need to be removed for better growth... Such a worst totally if I need to say means all over I got bad experience in these company... Suggestions for new commers those who want to join better choose other company instead of falling in hell... That's it thank you...

1.My personal experience Too much political with my managers 2. If your ready to drink their Elbow Water you will get your salary and variable pay as 100% Or else no VP or hikes and Appraisal

A sinking ship in terms of culture. Extreme micromanagement in fintech teams and toxic works culture and rules. Deserving employess don't get promoted. Good tech leads are getting fired. Favouritism and boot lic*ing everywhere. HR are not really taking concern and action about the problem or issues raised, only doing the formalities to just connecting with employees.

Good salary & benefits. Fast paced environment that results in good learning opportunities. Flexible work hours & support of coworkers incase of any personal emergencies. Good leave policy.

Dislikes

Appraisals aren't satisfying enough. Promotions are limited. 7 days working week resulting in a not so good work-life balance.

...panding and a clear path for growth not visible here for next 3 years atleast 6. Company didn't pay out competitive increments and annual bonus where in many cases they paid out peanuts in 2023 7. External hiring is promoted compared to internal promotions 8. Organizational restructuring keeps happening every quarter leading to mis management 9. Even though it's a startup there's surprisingly a lot of bureaucratic process leading to slow delivery to clients 10. Company doesn't keep good focus on employee feedback and even when they do, they don't act promptly or satisfactorily on it.
