Very bad experience in my life 1.5 month working till time my manager said you are not in the system without notice period I am working running company bigbasket in Hyderabad resignation this job but ninjacart culture is very bad all sales and city head are drink in warehouse inside very bad culture.

... cost but grn is done for 380 rs per bags instructions by clester head and city.my salary is hold not clear for fnf.

Good salary & benefits. Fast paced environment that results in good learning opportunities. Flexible work hours & support of coworkers incase of any personal emergencies. Good leave policy.

Dislikes

Appraisals aren't satisfying enough. Promotions are limited. 7 days working week resulting in a not so good work-life balance.

Ninjacart is good organization to work with , If you are innovative , and you have leadership quality you can easily achieve the numbers , daily targets from your team. All ASM in this organization works like hell to develop business, same with there team. Top level support from the company ceo and sales director is immense , they are always there to help you out. I would say central leadership team is mind-blowing , and highly experienced especially the sales director and co-founder of the org.

...delhi was very energetic , influencial , they were basically thought leader's. Salary on time

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology, I love the fact that a part of a team that market reliable

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I worked 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to Attend customer calls in the night and morning

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
