I have a terrible experience of working at NIMS University, Jaipur.

...versity harasses employees in several ways and there is no respect of employees. I have worked there for a year and my 6 months salary plus security money is still with them. They don't give salary to their employees. Won't recommend anyone to work there.

It's depends on the type of department anyways we can learn lot of things we should be very careful while handling patients

My last month salary I didn't get after given 24 hrs resignation actually administration people asked me to submit 150 rs stamp paper and I got sign from salary issuing authority person but literally they cheated me they withheld my salary because of 24 hrs resignation I didn't get my security money 42 thousand and they never provide permanent staying for other state staffs, one more thing I need to tell you they never gives Salary slip and iam dawn sure they were cheating in salary and I could say It was a worst experience and poor management people

Management and no particular day for salary notice period of 3 months and they do not accept your resign if you have not serve your notice period \\ no fnf \\ they do not deduct any pf // only 5-10 % deduction which will stop after 10 months

Totally impolite, uncultured, no management system, no fix date for salary. Highly unprofessional Management.

No management system as it's a University, No fix date for Salary, also impolite behavior of Some Authoritive persons.
