Working in NIMS hospital is quite good. I could see many new cases & can learn something new everyday. Very rare cases also can be seen there.

Dislikes

If it is a regular job, it is secure, but if it is contract baeed you get a poor salary. More work, less salary is a disadvantage.

Working at nims is good, you will learn a lot , but the thing is they provide meagre salary and may hold your salary for 1 or 2 months. Rest every thing is ok. No pressure at work , you can freely work across the hospital.

They withheld the salry for 1 or 2 months.

Salary can't come in time, salary cute without region and explanation and can't refund. At the time of joining they said accomodation free but food, maintenance charge and Bijli bill charge cute form salary

...culture. Teammates and admins are supportive and the management is transparent. Hospital policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year

Salary ok , though the patient attendance poor still the learning opportunities are good and one can work as per his own capabilities. Growth opportunity for the freshers are excillent as compared to Govt.sector.

...nd leaves are limited and difficult to be senctioned. No respect to the faculty. Unnecessary deduction from the salary. No annual salary increments. New employees get more package depending on University need. The salary of seniors often much less than their juniors. Grievance redressal is very poor. And lot similar issues.
