You have to be Chamcha if you want to even stay in company. Favouritism is on high. Company environment is like baniya company. Everyone trying to make seniors happy by chamchagiri. Worst company.

Some managers are good and very supportive and the Hr policies are very nice and good and they are very friendly and understanding.

Sometime not get appreciated and also not take all the same designated person as quality in them. Make dishearted in some cases.

Yes am working there and going good because i believe in positive attitude so i feel every thing good there I always teach my colleagues and co staf also learn with them.

If you know politics you will deserve best place if you know chamcha giri you will deserve best post even if you don't have knowledge if you know chaplusi you will reached there higher And am kind of introvert anf i am kind of introvert for me 8:30 hours am in train my left right side are passenger they will leave after 7 so I can't communicate with the colleague but i know how to speak with customers and seller's
