Environment is very bad in Nimbark I worked over there for 10 months there is no teamwork everyone tries to shift their work on others, Seniors love to play politics instead of working or mentoring juniors, The organization is still living in orthodox era instead of getting modern, you cannot express your ideas nor you would get your desired field to work there are some good people as well but they will not support you due to their personal reasons. Overall experience is not so good. I have no grudges for the company they should grow at double speed but to talk reality is more important so that people can take right decision.

Dislikes

Politics, Charge in the hands of one person, all staff is suppose to work in all departments, No productivity, No progress.
