New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Our CMD SIR IS REALLY VERY GOOD AND BELONGS TO A JAIN COMODITY . HE WANTS ALL HIS STAFF TO BE COMFORTABLE . He wants to give every facility to his staff but ....

There is no job security . VP Working there is a very big lair. Always gives false statements to THE DIRECTORS , which hampers the Operations and staff do not like to work at such place so staff movement is very high . Every now and then new staff is recruited has to be trained as according to the needs of the company .
