You will feel relaxed and no work load except few days.. Opportunity to learn a lot as there is systematic work culture. Learn and leave asap.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No growth, No Job security- Boss may feel you are wrong or not required and you will asked to leave immediately. Pathetic company. Salaries are delayed by 3 months Changing policies because boss may feel staff is getting corrupt.
