I Have been working with Nile for last 1.5 yrs. Overall, It's been a positive experience. Recently, one of our Units was shut down as it was no longer profitable. This decision affected a team of 16 resources. Despite the difficult circumstances, the company handled the transition with care and consideration. Out of 16 employees, 10 including myself, were successfully placed in the other internal projects.. For the 6 employees who were laid off, the company provided a full 3 months notice period, ensuring they had ample time to find new opportunities. This experience reassured me that Nile prioritizes its employees and handles tough situations with integrity....Over all its a good company that strives to do right by its workforce, even during challenging times.

I am with this company from more then 3 years and my experience is good. While some old reviews might target HR & Management and the fact that HR is compelling resources to post reviews, I believe these critiques are baseless. From my prospective, HR & Management have always been supportive and approachable. I have never faces any difficulties reaching out to them.
