The work culture is not too great, there won't be any kind of work life balance, they would ask you to work anytime anywhere even on weekends and that to for the less salary they pay. The pay is too low even on industry standards, the hike won't be good there won't be any growth here. Management here is very poor. They know nothing and the work load will be alot more than you know. People here don't care about their employee, they just want the job done that's it. I would say please look for another company, there are better companies out there.
