Whenever he and current Indian top management will left the company than after Nikkiso Cosmodyne India will grow - Complex working process and software operation ( AREV end up career of talented Engineer) - 3 Month Notice Period after confirmation. GROSS SALARY will be dedicated for remaing days of notice period and they will pay BASIC salary on balance leave. So please think before join the company. - Performance incentive included in CTC just to show Bigger one. They will CUT approx. 30 to 40% from it even though your and company performance very good.

Managers without knowledge so they are learning how to train lower employees. Office politics more. Parciality during appraisal .ex.. promotion based on relation not hardwork. Poor mindset HR Manager who always smiling but didn't work, just show off him self that he is working for employees

5 days week is good to spend quality time with family. No pressure of work.

Dislikes

There no fix salary structure with respect to experience and knowledge. Very huge salary difference even with same experienced in same department . No value for your knowledge. Only show off get better growth. Management needs to really work on training and development also.
