80 % of old employees do not give chance to new people if you are thinking to make career in niit you have no hope. Very bad company politics. No growth in salary and lots of unnecessary pressure senior do not support. If you want to exploit yourself than only join NIIT. WORST COMPANY WASTED MY 8 YEARS .

...ll be free to work as required but end of the day everyone will ask for results. The salary is moderate but will get more depends on your performance. The travel policy is just superb. NIIT isn't place where in can learn and earn both.

The company always comes up with innovative ideas , keeps on updating the software and they always keep up a report about the product they sell to client.

... employee to some place where there is less security and transportation problem. The salary structure is very poor.

It's okay to work in NIIT if you are not looking forward for high salary and promotions. For first timers, it's a good learning experience but for others with experience, NIIT do not give good salary packages as compared with other companies.

Work life balance is okay kind of. Ways of how management should work is not here at all. They love micro managing everything. Senior management loves to give you hard time.

...submission and scores. I got lots of client appreciations still the hike was 0%. They are okay in letting their employees go if they ask for salary hike. One person is required to do the work of 4 people. Workload is too much and you are at your manager's discretion. If he tells the management you are doing good work you are good even when you don't work at all and if he doesn't like you he will tell the management you aren't good. They would believe him. Bad management. Project managers are biased and only favor the gals who come to office loaded with make up.

Dislikes

Management, Workload, No work life balance, No or very low appraisals, very low salary, too much work. No regards for client feedbacks.
