Promotion - forgot about it they will increase Target not salary if u will get promotion. Management makes unrealistic plan without any analysis.Management people only busy in showing there work not interested to implement. If someone will spent more time he will spoil his career. Nothing to learn here and grow.

Salary on time because they give below standard salary so only this thing to like.

80 % of old employees do not give chance to new people if you are thinking to make career in niit you have no hope. Very bad company politics. No growth in salary and lots of unnecessary pressure senior do not support. If you want to exploit yourself than only join NIIT. WORST COMPANY WASTED MY 8 YEARS .

Work Life Balance is very good in the company. Managers are good except some micromanagers. Team will also be supportive.

Dislikes

Do not expect in terms or salary and appraisals, even promotions are going to be even slower than the speed of snail. Need to be aware of internal politics.

I suggest you that pla dont work at NIIT Ltd Management is not good they removed 30-40 enployees

...d, continuously change their product and pricing it results loose our clients. Salary goven to tome but Travelling expenses for outstation not provides

Product training is upto the mark, and salary is paid on time .

There is no work life balance, even you will be called at midnight and if you raise isse you will be fired by senior manger, Old employee has been ruling here and there is not matter if your performer but don't know buttering.
