The Management and team Looking after the promotions and upgradation was not transparent enough. Rather the model they built for IJP was so Vacuous that the winners were pre-assumed.

Company staff is supporting and helpful. Salary package is good and you got your salary on time without any issues.

Dislikes

Working life is not so good. You have to work at late night especially on closing day (Month End) which is not good.

...rounds, different - different companies and we work in happily in collaboration. I also like the employees compensation and benefits and re-hire policies here.

Compensation is decent, as well as growth. As company has stared in 2018 the work pressure is normal other startup companies, I have to work 15-16 hours straight in a days. Our seniors have value an individuals' opinion & unique strengths, they always hear our suggestion and value it also implement it in the organization. I do receive appreciation from my seniors. There is on- job training for freshers, as well as our company provide a mentor for freshers. So all together nothing a single point in my current company which i don't like.
