Compensation is decent, as well as growth. As company has stared in 2018 the work pressure is normal other startup companies, I have to work 15-16 hours straight in a days. Our seniors have value an individuals' opinion & unique strengths, they always hear our suggestion and value it also implement it in the organization. I do receive appreciation from my seniors. There is on- job training for freshers, as well as our company provide a mentor for freshers. So all together nothing a single point in my current company which i don't like....Read More

If I'm talking about my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire HR operational work as well as manage day- to- day yield operations. On the basis of my job i have to set the goals, monitor goals, provide feedback, etc.

1 - primary oriented 2 - false commitment on primary and thereafter not keeping that 3 - every now and then review , review and review , no work life balance 4 - Mr Santanu , worst Manager to work with , does not undrstand things , only focused on primary ( bhar main jaye duniya)
