...dismissed , someone tries to resign via email to escape from toxic environment .Salary after 15th of the month. And no salary for your last working month.All decisions are made by boss, no hr and manager involvement.

...again & get new degree in another field. Owner never respects any person at all. They don't pay your salary for at least 2-2.5 months... But he draws 6 lacs salary every month plus every time some client makes payment he makes FDs on his personal name then at month end he cries & show everyone there are no funds in account so we can not pay you guys for next 1-2 months.

Fake personality, Owner & accountant disrespects everyone. Worst company environment I ever saw in my 25 Years corrier.
