Actually as a fresher you can't learn anything and they'll say that they have a project or they have a thought of selecting you to the onsite team why because it's a Japanese based company..yeah they did the same to me but the fact is there is no active projects...I wonder how an organisation pays money when you have nothing to do in that company for more than a year. As a fresher you don't have the future there!!! WORST COMPANY EVER👎🏼

Not a friendly environment. Even though it's a small firm, nature of working people around us are mostly in commanding nature.

I worked for 2007 for 3 years. It's a different management. Very supportive management from CEO to Team lead.

* Work culture.. We need to work for Japanese client. So I worked for more than 18 hours for 6 months.. Due to this I resign my job. * Good company for Freshers, to learn. * No proper cafeteria. We can't expect benefits also. But they provide food and cab if you work for late hours. * We can't leave to home without completing task.
