A very pathetic experience . I worked in Juristic project , was a good employee and worked hard. The Scrum master and the manager present at the Client location respected my work . Still the Delivery manager at the Nihilent office threw me out of project without any reason . What a game they are playing with people's careers and aspirations .

At Kolkata office overall team culture, collaboration and focus towards core learnings and delivery commitment to clients.

1. Lesser number of projects in Kolkata office. 2. Even though project is there but not market standard pay package.
