Some Friendly Staffs, Location of the office.

Dislikes

Package, Increment, No appreciation and awards for Testers. Never got any appreciation from anybody even if handled many pressure situations. Testers always get less increment and less recognitions.

No job security, no work life balance and no promotion. They never listen to developer. Whatever team lead says that is only right. Lots of internal politics. Saturday and Sunday working most of time. They have only 2 client limited project to explore. If you came on bench you will be pull out.

Maybe compensation for some people is good

A very pathetic experience . I worked in Juristic project , was a good employee and worked hard. The Scrum master and the manager present at the Client location respected my work . Still the Delivery manager at the Nihilent office threw me out of project without any reason . What a game they are playing with people's careers and aspirations .

No promotions, or dry promotions. No WFH allowed if it's it's your need. No work life balance. Forced to work after office hours and no OT/Comp off provided No healthy internet at office environment. No enough parking space. No enough cafeteria space for lunch
