...and without any notice.You will go through a painful process for full and final.And in last they will deduct your salary.No appraisal system.Only politics no Technical Development.They can you on sundays and holidays without any extra payment.Worst working environment.No TA DA is provide for workshop and conferences.And you will become marketting agent between May to August ,And If target of admission is not achieved they will fire you without giving salary.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
