...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they not given good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ployees, Like : STAFF KI ROZI ROTTI MERI WAJEH SE CHAL RAHI HAI, MAT ANA KAL SE. ADVERTISEMENT KA PAISA TUMHARI SALARY SE KATUNGA etc ...). And there no deduction PF & ESIC and also as per rules its compulsory to deduct PF & ESIC if number of employees 20+, and there working number of employees is 100+. I personally tallked with x employees & all said we are very happy to leave this company.

First thing in any job is salary but there is no fix time of salary any and salary delayed in 1-2 months . Second thing is job security there is no job security because management dismissed you any time notice only 1-7 days
